Overview :
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated Accounting Assistant. This is an entry-level role that provides an excellent opportunity to grow within the company while developing accounting and administrative skills.

Compensation :

• Part-time position

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, account reconciliation, and preparing reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Organize and maintain financial records and filing systems
• Support mid-month and month-end processes
• Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondences
• Assist with customer or vendors with questions regarding billing
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as updating customer records

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and effectively.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently are essential.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles (training provided for the right candidate)
