JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of accounting duties, Responsible for daily bank deposits of all incoming payments. Researches and reconciles stale dated checks by remitting to the proper agencies as per individual state regulations. Processes refunds as submitted by the Business Office. Provides support to the Accounting and Business Office on Cash related issues or variances. Provides Administrative support to the Accounting Department as needed. Responsible for printing and routing invoices for approval. Enter Invoices into financial system for payment.
