J. Craig Wilson and Associates is pleased to announce an opening for a friendly and dynamic individual to join our team in an entry-level position. No prior experience in the insurance industry is necessary; however, candidates must possess a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.

In this role, you will interact with clients and potential clients across Georgia, delivering our diverse insurance services directly to their workplaces. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, assisting with claims, and seeking new sales opportunities while accurately reporting your daily activities. This full-time opportunity provides the flexibility to establish a personalized schedule that accommodates your needs.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Client Relationship Development: Establish and sustain meaningful relationships with clients to effectively address their individual needs.
• Sales Initiatives: Actively promote and sell our comprehensive range of insurance offerings to both new and existing clients.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with a supportive team environment to achieve established goals and performance targets.
• Continuous Training: Participate in extensive training to enhance product knowledge and improve sales skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of background screening (no felony convictions or ongoing charges)
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain a Georgia Life and Health Insurance license through our scholarship initiative.
• Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills are critical.
• Basic computer literacy.
