What You'll Do:

Front Desk Duties:

Greet visitors and create a positive first impression.
Coordinate meetings and events.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Supply Chain Support:

Assist with purchase order processing and supplier follow-ups.
Track inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Support the RGA process and document filing.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
