Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive and serving food and beverages. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Edith Macy Conference Center is looking for a two (2) friendly individuals to be a Server!

This part-time position is 2pm-10pm and will include weekends. Candidates must be able to work at least 3 shifts per week.

 

Hourly pay is $18.00-$20.00, depending on experience. We are a non-tipped facility.

This individual must ensure guest satisfaction in the dining room area (and throughout the hotel) by serving the guests and maintaining cleanliness at all times in accordance to company policies.

  Responsibilities:

• Setting the dining room for service.
• Clear and clean up break station.
• Set up break station.
• Clear plates when individuals have finished their meal.
• Serve drinks from the kitchen.
• Complete sidework before end of shift
• Addresses any guest issue promptly and with high concern
• Provides assistance to other event and restaurant staff as needed

Qualifications:

  Qualifications:

• Must have a clean valid driver's license.
• Outgoing personality with a zest for assisting others.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• An energetic personality.

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
