What you'll do:

Mastermind of Supply Chain: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
Supplier Whisperer: Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Analyze data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
ERP Champion: Leverage our ERP system to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Change Agent: Challenge the status quo and embrace innovative solutions to drive growth.
What you'll need:

Bachelor's Degree: In a business-related field.
Supply Chain Savvy: 3-7 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or demand planning.
Global Mindset: Experience managing remote suppliers and manufacturers.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Relationship Builder: A knack for building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
