What You'll Do:

Process Orders: Efficiently review and process purchase requisitions.
Contract Management: Handle contract assignments and ensure compliance.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
AP Support: Assist with invoice processing and other AP tasks.
Supply Chain Support: Contribute to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
Data Management: Utilize tools like Coupa, Concur, and Excel to manage data.
What You'll Need:

Experience in purchasing and procurement
Strong understanding of accounting functions, especially AP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and organized
