Compensation : Equity-based, Unpaid until Fundraise (with a mandatory $400,000 USD investment commitment)

Role Overview :

As the  CPO , you will be responsible for overseeing the product vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-driven mental health platform. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to define and deliver a product that addresses real-world mental health challenges while positioning our company as a leader in the AI mental health space. The role is equity-based and unpaid until the company secures its first round of funding. A mandatory $400,000 USD investment commitment will be required for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Product Strategy & Vision : Define and refine the overall product vision and roadmap for the AI-driven mental health platform.
  • AI and Product Development : Work closely with the tech team to leverage AI technologies for personalized and scalable mental health solutions.
  • Market Research & User Insights : Conduct deep market research to understand user needs, competitor products, and trends in the mental health and AI sectors.
  • Cross-functional Leadership : Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, and business development teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee all stages of product development, from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Metrics & Performance : Define and track key product metrics to measure success, user engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Regularly update and report to the executive team, investors, and other key stakeholders on product progress.
  • Fundraising Support : Actively support fundraising efforts by showcasing the product vision and its potential impact in the mental health space.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a  Chief Product Officer (CPO) Product Manager , or in a similar senior product leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of  AI technologies and their application in  mental health or healthcare sectors.
  • Experience in building and scaling products from early-stage development to market success.
  • Ability to work in a  fast-paced, startup environment with limited resources.
  • Excellent  communication leadership , and  collaboration skills.
  • Deep empathy and understanding of  mental health issues, with a passion for solving real-world problems.
  • Strong  business acumen and the ability to translate product vision into tangible business outcomes.

Mandatory Requirement :

  • mandatory $400,000 USD investment commitment to help fund the startup's growth and development.
  • Ability to work  unpaid until the company successfully raises its first round of funding.
