Job Description

Solomon Page is seeking a contract recruiter for 3 to 6 months, it is a hybrid role with three days onsite and two days remote in Rockville, MD. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives. This is a hybrid role that requires the recruiter to be onsite for three days a week and allows for remote work for two days. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and onboard top talent to contribute to our cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and align with company values.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong background in recruiting for nuclear engineers, systems engineer, mechanical engineers- highly technical roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a hybrid working environment is a plus.
