Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered CA LVN license
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
TB skin test -2 step (current within last 12 months)
One year prior hands-on nursing experience required
Must have reliable transportation
Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
Continuing Education as required by state
