Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing strategy, content creation, and campaign management. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Management:
Work closely with the GTM team to design and implement marketing campaigns supporting new feature launches, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
Plan, create, and execute engaging digital and email campaigns aligned with business goals.
Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to tailor campaigns that drive meaningful results.
Manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with GTM priorities, including events (conferences, partner events, industry events), product launches, newsletters, and more.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
Write compelling copy for digital ads, social media posts, email marketing, event promotions, and blog content.
Develop messaging that effectively conveys our value proposition and resonates with our target audience.
Create client success stories and manage press releases when new clients go live.
Assist in the conceptualization and design of marketing collateral, including writing copy for digital campaigns and other creative content.
Support the production of client-facing presentations, including content development and coordination with design and communications teams.
Visual Design Implementation:
Collaborate with our UI engineer to design visually appealing graphics and visuals for both digital and print materials, such as social media assets, email templates, landing pages, proposals, and presentations.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor positioning.
Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the GTM team.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio in campaign management, design, and copywriting.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
HubSpot experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment and manage multiple projects independently.
