About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. In this versatile role, you'll take the lead on crafting marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and executing impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. What You'll Do
Campaign Creation & Management:
Design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns to support product launches, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital and email marketing campaigns to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to gather insights and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, report on ROI, and refine strategies for better results.
Oversee marketing projects, including promotional events, product launches, newsletters, and more.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
Craft compelling copy for digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and event marketing.
Develop messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates our unique value.
Produce client success stories and manage press releases for new platform launches.
Create internal and external marketing collateral, ensuring engaging and effective content.
Support client-facing presentations, from content development to graphic design leadership.
Visual Design Implementation:
Collaborate with the UI team to create eye-catching visuals for social media, email templates, landing pages, proposals, and more.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights.
Monitor competitors' marketing activities and share findings with the GTM team.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of marketing experience with proven success in campaign management, content creation, and design.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
HubSpot experience is a big plus!
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple projects independently.
