Job Description

Position: Nurse’s Aide

Location: Flushing, NY 11355

Duration: 2 Months

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break)

Additional Details:

• Assignment Length: 59-day assignment.
• Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekends.
• Schedule Flexibility: No schedule restrictions on the contracted shift.
• Floating: Required as needed.
• Experience: At least 1 year of Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) experience in acute care (Required).
• Certification: NYS Nurse Aide certification (Required).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Obtain patients’ height, weight, and vital signs as needed.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in patient status to the RN or Charge RN immediately.
• Reposition patients on bed rest every 2 hours.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Lift and position patients as required.

Dress Code:

• Royal blue scrubs.
