We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Chat Representative to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional online chat support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide product information and promote upsell opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in online customer support or chat support preferred
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Experience with CRM software is preferred
