Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Pay: $90k+ Salary (commensurate with experience) and $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Flexible Scheduling

Work setting: Outpatient Clinic

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to children with a variety of developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our young patients improve their physical abilities and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, strength, and coordination.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate families on home exercises and strategies to support ongoing development.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Stay current with pediatric therapy practices and participate in continuing education.

Qualifications:

Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE accredited institution.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Wyoming.
Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and families.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
