As an Associate Product Manager joining the Product Academy, you will be placed in one of our teams that both power Wise and ensure our customers have a safe and convenient experience when using us. You will get to build your skills in Product Management through a tailored learning program in combination with executing on real problems. After your successful graduation from the Product Academy, you will transition into a full-time member of the Wise Product team!

Job Description

We’re looking for a recruiter to join our growing team in Austin and play a key role in shaping our Americas HQ at Wise. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be essential in scaling our organization, fostering a strong team culture, and helping us deliver value to our customers. Reporting to the Head of Americas Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment efforts across the region and help build a high-performing team.

Role Objectives :

• Strategic Recruitment : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions and meet hiring goals.
• Talent Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with exceptional candidates, ensuring they have a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure all candidates, regardless of outcome, have a positive interaction with Wise, building a strong talent pool for future opportunities.
• Sourcing Innovation : Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across the Americas.
• Employer Brand Collaboration : Partner with the Employer Brand and Marketing teams to create recruitment marketing campaigns and events that resonate with prospective candidates.
• Team Partnership : Collaborate with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Use data to identify hiring challenges and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency across the region.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the broader People team to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience from recruitment through integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring across a variety of roles.
• Expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent through creative and innovative methods.
• Ability to assess candidates for both skill and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with company values.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling challenging recruitment needs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Information

Salary range: $105,000-$140,000
