Job Title: Technical Writer (US Citizens only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Education and Experience:

• Specific education and experience requirements are not explicitly stated in the RFP. However the candidate must have relevant qualifications and experience to meet the job responsibilities outlined below.

Skills:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Agile frameworks including Kanban and Scrum (explicitly excludes SAFe).
• Expertise in developing clear concise and userfriendly technical documentation.
• Strong collaboration skills to interact with internal teams and Platform One value streams.

Work Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Create highquality documentation designed to clarify Platform One features and benefits focusing on user understanding.
• Develop and maintain content strategies and scope out value stream products to include all necessary user information.
• Produce comprehensive user guides developer documentation and online help materials.
• Work with Platform One Value Streams to define documentation requirements.
• Translate complex technical terms and concepts into easily understood web content tailored to the audience.
• Analyze existing and potential content for reuse opportunities and create tutorials to support endusers.
• Maintain the information architecture to ensure consistency and usability.
