Industry Standard Base Salary plus uncapped commissions

• Established nearly 20 years ago Passport Title operates in 11 states
  
• Primary focus on Alabama Kentucky Tennessee Florida Maryland DC Virginia and Pennsylvania
  
• Unique business model: 50 title producers generate business supported by 25 dedicated employees
  
• Pioneering remote work model implemented companywide since 2010
  
• Partnerships with major underwriters: Fidelity Stewart Old Republic DoMA and WSG
  
• Known for generous compensation and employeecentric culture
  
• Capable of managing a high volume of cases efficiently
  
• Currently feeling undervalued or seeking a better work environment
  
• Familiarity with various title insurance underwriters is a plus.
  

What Theyre Looking For :

• 5 years of experience as a Title Agent
  
• A strong book of business (ideally 2040 cases per month)
  
• Selfmotivation and excellent communication skills
