Pacsun is looking for multiple forward thinking, retail minded, creators of culture who have an appreciation for fashion and learning. The 2025 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week opportunity beginning June 17th, 2025 - August 22nd, 2025.
Accounting Intern Responsibilities: - Be curious; Ask questions.
- Learn about Pacsun by observing members of the Accounting Department across general, inventory, and operations as they perform their functions.
- Assist with research, record keeping, and maintaining complete and accurate financial records.
- Assist with creating and updating accounting procedures and documenting key processes.
- Assist with the preparation of SOC1 mapping, invoices and other documents.
- Work with accounting and other operational software as needed.
- Communicate clearly and concisely.
- Build strong relationships with members of the Accounting Department and cross functionally.
- Produce high quality work that is well documented and supported, and easy to follow.
- Proactively seek guidance and feedback.
- Demonstrate initiative.
Requirements: - Currently enrolled college students and/or recent graduates
- Available to work a full-time schedule
- Passion for fashion, retail, and process improvement
- Basic knowledge and proficiency with key Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in PowerQuery is a plus!
This program will challenge your ability to not only think critically and creatively, but also work as a team to strategize and implement solutions. Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to the long- term strategies and day-to-day tasks required in your selected department. This is a paid internship ($20.00/hour), that's right; we're paying you to spend time with us, get some work done, and instigate a little fun while we're at it. We look forward to meeting you!
