Medical Clinic Director | Tulsa, OK

We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and supervise the clinical team at a new facility offering addiction treatment and co-occurring disorder services.

The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical programming, ensuring compliance with Oklahoma Administrative Code and JCAHO standards, and providing supervision to residential counselors. This role involves providing administrative support, educating staff on trauma-informed care, and guiding the application of evidence-based treatment. The Director will also work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring positive interactions with clients, referral sources, and the community.

Qualifications : include a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related addiction field, along with dual licensure (LADC/MH or LPC/LBHP and LADC) in good standing .  

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of clinical experience in treating substance abuse and mental health disorders, and a minimum of two years in clinical or administrative supervision. The position requires knowledge of trauma-informed care, clinical supervision, evidence-based treatment, and community resources. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential. Applicants must be willing to travel as required for the role and have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
