Chick-fil-A is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cow Mascot. In this fun and engaging role, you will represent the brand in a lively, entertaining way while creating memorable experiences for our customers. As our mascot, you will bring joy and excitement to various events, promotions, and community activities.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Guests: Interact with customers, especially children, in a friendly and playful manner. Provide high-fives, photos, and entertainment to create a positive experience.
• Appear at Events: Participate in local community events, grand openings, and Chick-fil-A promotions.
• Brand Representation: Embody the Chick-fil-A brand values through positive, friendly, and professional interactions.
• Promote Chick-fil-A Products: Hand out flyers, promotional items, or samples in a fun and engaging manner, generating excitement for the brand.
• Maintain Mascot Costume: Ensure the mascot costume is well-maintained, clean, and in good condition at all times. Work with the team to ensure costume is worn properly.
• Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to safety protocols while in costume and during interactions, ensuring both personal safety and the safety of others.
• Team Collaboration: Work with restaurant team members to coordinate mascot appearances and integrate into restaurant events.
Qualifications:
• Enthusiastic and Friendly: Must be outgoing, approachable, and love interacting with people of all ages.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to wear a mascot costume for extended periods and participate in physical activities such as walking, dancing, and posing for photos.
• Positive Attitude: A high-energy, fun, and positive demeanor that can create excitement and spread cheer.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively using body language, gestures, and expressions. Must be comfortable engaging with guests in various settings.
• Team Player: Must work well in a team environment and collaborate with restaurant and marketing staff.
• Reliable and Responsible: Punctuality and dependability are essential to ensuring the mascot attends scheduled events and appearances.
Preferred Experience:
• Previous experience as a mascot, performer, or in a customer service role is a plus.
• Familiarity with Chick-fil-A’s values and culture.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to wear and perform in a full-body mascot costume for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around during events and appearances.
• Comfort with heat, visibility, and limited mobility within the mascot costume.
