Manual Tester - Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Description

We are seeking a Manual Tester to join our team with a strong focus on Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

The ideal candidate will excel in identifying, reporting, and verifying software bugs to enhance product quality within these platforms. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed test procedures for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather essential project specifications
• Conduct defect identification through functional regression, and performance testing
• Document, maintain, and track bugs efficiently
• Provide input during daily updates and sprint planning sessions with project teams
• Enhance existing testing strategies and introduce improvements where necessary
• Maintain the integrity and reliability of the software solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA testing, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data Cloud
• Proficiency in source-to-target data mappings
• In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and acute attention to detail
• Competency to collaborate effectively in a diverse, multi-vendor team environment
• Advanced level (C1+) in English language proficiency

Nice to have

• Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud Consultant
• Background in working within Agile project methodologies
